Teamscape has united the guiding principles of the aviation industry’s crew resource management (CRM) program with leading edge corporate training to develop the n·2 system™ – a range of organisational effectiveness, leadership and team development modules supported by coaching and on-line learning.
The aviation CRM system encompasses a wide range of knowledge, skills and attitudes which have resulted in a set of principles and practices that allow the rapid and seamless formation of high performing teams. The n·2 system™ harnesses these key elements and goes a step further by systemising components that create high performing and effective environments. It teaches people how to adopt processes, systems and principles quickly and effectively so they can better manage themselves and work with others and their organisation in an optimal way.
It is delivered in modules that can be tailored to organisations and different levels of management. The targeted module selection and follow up coaching helps ensure that everyone can achieve the desired outcomes – from executives through to customer facing staff.
The founders of Teamscape® and the developers of the n·2 system™ are David Mills and Phillip Ralph, who met nearly 27 years ago in the Victoria Police Force. David’s career progressed into the aviation industry where he is a qualified commercial pilot with over 25 years experience, while Phillip pursued a path in leadership, team and organisational development, where he works with leaders and teams to achieve high levels of performance. Their fortes combined offer a complete solution for sustainable organisational change.
Their aim is simple – they want to strengthen organisations and optimise performance – and the n·2 approach will fast become the foundation of best practice organisational and people development.
